Shipping Details Items are shipped from the USA most shipping times are between 10-20 business days.

Tax / VAT Notice for Europe & UK All Prices listed on the site DO NOT include VAT or local country tax. Packages sometimes get stopped by customs which will cause a delay in shipment and you will be required to pay the local tax/duty. If this occurs the courier company will contact you on the phone/email you provide. We will not pay local taxes for you if this occurs and if payment is refused the items will be destroyed with no refund given.

Size Exchanges Doesn’t fit properly? Email us as soon as you can. We offer size exchanges within 30 days. Garments must be in an unworn as-new condition. Please note the customer is required to pay postage costs for size changes.

Received wrong item/s Sometimes we get orders wrong – our staff are only human and we apologies for any mix-ups! We will cover all postage costs both ways to resolve the problem. Email us immediately with your name and what the mix up is and we will rectify it as soon as we can

Warranty Claims Something not quite right with our product? Contact us immediately and we will attempt to rectify the situation ASAP. Warranty covers things like : zips, overlocking, hems, prints, stitching, fabric, embroidery & any damage that occurred during shipping. It unfortunately does not cover damage from rolling in oil while working on your car, incorrect washing, or general wear caused by doing mad skids or play fighting with your pitbull. Warranty claims are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and if we are at fault we will cover all postage and garment costs to resolve the problem. 

Change of Mind Exchanges & Returns If for ANY REASON you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 100% refund on the purchase price if returned within 30 days. Garments must be in an unworn as-new condition. Please note the customer is required to pay postage costs for exchanges.
